So I met Kuchna on Friday. That is the girl's name. She was 5 foot 4 inches tall and for a lack of a better phrase drop dead gorgeous...smoking hot. Probably an 8 out of 10 and believe me I am very conservative with my rating. We had a very nice conversation...about cambodia and how she liked the states. I would have to say that we hit it off very quickly ...[text shortened]... d like her and am unsure what to do...please give advise and help me weigh all options.

Heck I'll marry somebody for that kind of money!
You can move to England and solve all your problems at the same time. You will also be assisting me to free up the currently frozen assets of my half-brother, the Governor of Rivers State of the Republic of Nigeria, for which you will receive the small reward of £3 Gazillion.
I'll pick up the funds on Thurs and call you then.

Nah, seriously... you say she's smart? That's tricky then...
Here's my proposal: Take the money, and follow through with the plan. After those 30 months, talk to her about whether she wants to stay with you or not. If it was really just a deal for her and she walks out, keep the money. If she wants to stay with you after she has her citizenship because she actually has feelings for you, pay the money back to whoever you got it from (but keep the interest you got in those 30 months)... you shouldn't buy love.
