Okay, So I'm sure this has been posted before and discussed over an over. But I was wondering what software you would recommend to analyze my games, with a view to becoming a better player. I can see where I'm going wrong in most of my defeats but there a few games, where the middle and end game have got away from me, and in these games it's not so obvious how I lost ( to me at least 🙂 )!

A couple of things:

- I don't own analysis software, so I can invest in the latest version\package.
- Of the few I have seen the GUI has been terrible, a nice GUI would be nice.

Any ideas? Hiarcs, Fritz etc etc or are these for more advanced players?

Go with a chessbase product, Fritz, Junior, Shredder.

That is all you will need throughtout your chess career, from Begineer to 2400.

You could also try posting a few of your games on the chess forum and some people might help you out with them. I usually do when I have some free time.
