Any players out there who work for Technip ?

Any players out there who work for Technip ?
cause I have a "Technip Chess" club,
we are currently 6 from the Technip Norway office,
but would be great to get a few Technip employees from some other offices involved.

Pretty sure there are over 20,000 employees around the world,
statistically, there must be a few more playing Chess on RHP,
I guess the problem is, not so many check these forums.

Not everyone that plays frequents the forums. Some might work for Technip and never be aware of your post. 😉

shouldn't be too hard to come up with a script to IM every player on RHP.

even the ones that've quit.

Instant Message. i should've said PM (Private Message?).

difficult for the sender, having 80K+ talk sessions pop up on his/her desktop.

but yes it woud take a good few weeks to trawl through 80k responses.

If I was able to write the script to I/PM everyone,
I could probably write a script to auto process the responses,

but I am not interested in quite that much work.

Just hoped to randomly find a few more players from Technip so I can make it a global Technip Club.

whenever i've accidentally opened up a bunch of windows ("xedit * .txt" with a space, or something like that) i've usually hit an X-windows limit of around 30-50 open windows. and the system slows waaay down.

generally i end up telnetting in and killing all my processes to logout.
