uhhhhh, no. Anyone left to celebrate the New Year would have to be East of the International Date Line. Everyone West of it has already rung in the New Year, including China.

Edit: And don't bother telling me the Earth is round, please... 😛

Okay, he got me. What can I say to this?

I've always been a sucker for the trick question.

(I'm willing to guess it doesn't start on January 1, either.)

See, I should've been a math major instead of an English major. I would've known that then.
