Tools >> Internet Options

On the General tab, under the Browsing History - Delete

Well that's IE7 anyway but it sounds like you've already done it.

Restart your router. If that doesn't work go shout at your ISP for having crappy DNS.

i duuno, when mine was acting up i couldn't get into ebay or hotmail but i could get into here. restarting your computer and internet connection might not be a bad idea.
