Wrap them in foil, with butter, lemon, salt and pepper. Bake until well done. Serve with garlic couscous and white wine. 😀

The only fish that the best type ISN'T fresh and you get it fresh. 😞

I know a bunch of recipes for salt cod, but nothing for fresh cod...

If you're out of ideas, you can try this one anyway, but it's a recipe for salt cod:
