marinade in lemon juice and olive oil, with salt pepper, and fresh saffron (powdered will do) for 2 hours, place on hot grill (be sure to season the grill so it doesn't stick). grill on one side for about 7 minutes with cover open. pour remainder of marinade onto coals and turn filet. cover grill and cook for about 5 minutes. remove and enjoy.
