Use an 8" by 13" greased pan
Place fish in pan
Slice 1 onion and spread over fish
Pour 1 can of chopped tomatoes over fish
Lightly season with pepper, garlic powder and your favourite herbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes
