Give them a basic opening repertoire. Then tactics, tactics, tactics. Teach them at least KQ v K and KR V K endgame as well. Make sure they get enough rest , and last but not least let them know its OK to have fun.

One of my favourite foods right now is steamed seabass, with soy fish sauce, and shredded scallions.

It breakes up, off the bone, and tastes delish 😛
