Darvlay needs to be tasered for 30 seconds. Anything more than a 5 second taser can be lethal but 30 seconds will "fry" Darvlay.

1) That WayneWright ad at the start of the clip is priceless.
2) Granny is fairly observant in describing how being tazed feels "like an electric shock".

The Constable, for some bizarre reason, feels it necessary to shove or bump Granny, which sets her off. His actions are unprofessional and insane. The idea that he couldn't handcuff her (which was unnecessary anyway; she said "I'll sign the [expletive deleted] ticket"😉 without using a taser is nuts.
They really need to take these things away from untrained, hostile bumpkins like this "officer".
