I currently have almost an acre on the side of a mountian with relatively harsh weeds and grass. Obviously I deal with some areas of good incline. Is a zero turn mower better with a low center of gravity or a GT. I have been told that the larger the deck the more stable on a hill. Do larger tires help stability? Thanks for the advice.

Massey Ferguson tractors.
You see plenty of 20 and 30 year old units in the Aussie bush still working.

I say Terence the Tractor, but my friend says her Ford Mondeo Turbo Diesel sounds like a tractor and she loves it. There again she is rather strange.

Make it flat. Then it'll be much easier to mow. 😀

My company is a partner with Caterpillar so of course I'm biased. I believe they're about to sign an engine block contract with John Deere however. Either one of those then. Be sure to buy a lot of them!!

You do not need a tractor for an acre of property.

Have you considered a couple of goats. Seriously. I know people that got them for that specific reason.
