Free Speech clearly states: One may speak at will on all occasions except 2.
1. ONe may not yell "Fire" in a crowded theater when there isn't one. The simple reason is because people would panic, and rush to their stock broker and sell their stocks on that theater, believing it is going to burn down. This in turn will help bring the stock market down, resulting in an appearence of a slow economy. This will in turn trigger fears, and people will emigrate from the country, and companies will stop hiring more employee, believing that they are about to lose buissness because of the slow economy, meaning that they don't need more workers for less buissness. This will then lead to jobs being lost, and more poverty spreading. Soon, a depression follows, and people will lose money, leasing to the end of this country.
2. One may not express thoughts against Bush. If one expresses thoughts aginst Bush, God will punish that person. This is simply because Bush goes to wars, because God tells him to go kill people in the Middle East because God told him that Americans are superior to all others. So, because Bush obeyed God and went and killed over a hundred thousand Iraqis, God will protect Bush in all ways.
So, because Bowman has not diobeyed either of these rules, because this isn't a theater, and he hasn't called Fire, and he hasn't dissed Bush, he is perfectly fine being here.
