I don't think I understand your original point...
"Guys U know what, this is what its comingto now, man U, Aesenal and chelsea, are just usingthe rest of the league to test out there youngstars...have a look over the last 3 season and see how many players have loaned out by this three teams likes of B'ham, fulham, charlton, etc "
Is it just an observation, or do you view it as a negative thing?
D
but i think the transfer window has made things worse... the price of some players have become joke.
I think in the long term, it will not benefit the english national team
For me, loan signings are a 'temporary fix'... yes, there are examples of loan signings helping clubs get promoted or staving off relegation - but then they leave (usually).... from a fans point of view you never think of these players as 'yours'... they're never part of the club - they're almost football mercenaries.
Let's take it to an extreme for example...
Bury have got to play Southampton away in the next round of the cup. Managere thinks: "We haven't got a chance, what shall I do? I know, I'll get Arsenal's reserves in on loan for a week..."
Where's the fun in that?
That's not what football's about.

Pigs 2-0 Blades...
I have nothing to say.
You'll feel better after a Greasy Chip Butty in the morning 😉
There's always a silver linging, it may put Robson on the road to the exit door.
I was wondering.
Why did Neil Warnock leave your club?
I really don't know, was it because of Premiership relagation?
He seemed like the perfect manager for you?
He was always on the TV, getting in peoples faces.
Boosting the confidence and profile of your club, even bad press can be useful.
You also consistently had good FA runs (I think).
And you played in the Premiership for a while.
Originally posted by Rooney Once a BlueI think the straw that broke the camels back was after the Wigan game... apparently Sean Bean (who's on the board) was abusive to Warnock's wife... something along the lines of "it's your husbands fault we've been relegated"...

Out of order really.
You mention cup runs...
FA Cup semis in 93 (under Bassett), and 98 and 03 (with Warnock)
Carling Cup Semi in 03 as well.
I see Bardsley haS gone to Sunderland and that was a poor effort against Weds and to cap it off the Wednesdayite were singing
"There@ only One Brian Robson" Blade I feel for you
I am still loving the Warnock- 2 Great deals today Derry back in - he has been the lynchpin in this run and the signing of Neil Danns, who should be good in this league. Things continue to look up and I thought we would go down when Taylor was in charge!

It was a shameful effort against the S6 muppets, you're correct.
Pig fans singing anything is an amazing achievement! We call their kop 'the whispering gallery'!
Warnock must be laughing his socks off at what's going on in S2 since his departure... he's a great manager at this level make no mistake.
A mate of mine was drinking with Alan Quinn (out of favour since Robson's arrival - and recently loaned out to Ipswich)... he told my mate that Robson regularly turns up at the training ground half p1ssed - what a great example he's setting eh?
The pre-match interviews said it all for me - Laws "this is the biggest game of the season for us - it's about passion and desire"... Robson "we're not treating this game any differently, it's just another match"... bugger off back to your Cheshire mansion Robson.
The sooner he goes the better.
