Come and lie to your friends and enemies.
If you've seen The Traitors on television, you know the feeling. Everyone at the table smiling. Two or three of them lying. You're sure you can tell which, until you can't.
That's the game here at Red Hot Pawn. We call it WWG. It's the Werewolf Game, played in a club forum thread. About fifteen of us sign up. The moderator secretly assigns roles. Three or four are wolves. The rest are villagers.
Each day the village argues, votes, and hangs someone. Each night the wolves pick a villager and tears them apart limb from limb. There's a body in the village square and everyone left is looking around suspiciously (and grateful they survived).
Perfect for the clever chess players here - it's about lying and reading people. Someone you've argued with in the forums for years, now you can hang them.
And if the moderator makes you a wolf, you sit in a thread full of your friends and enemies pretending to hunt for the killer, while they fumble around looking for you. It's the most fun you'll have all week.
A typical game runs five to seven days. Three or four posts a day is plenty. Different moderators and different games, no two exactly alike.

Nice to see something different. I would get involved just have too many chess games going, plus play on two other Sites.

There is really no reason for not trying this game, absolutely harmless and fun from the start. And the players are nice people, it's a nice game. All to gain, nothing to lose. Do join!
