Why won't Firefox let me view PDF files on line. When I attempt to go to a web page that hosts a PDF, I just get a pure white page with 'DONE' written in the info at the bottom of the web page. 🙁
You need to load the plugin though, so that firefox understands what to do when it hits the mime type 'pdf'

The adobe site is a bit picky - it works out what OS / browser etc you're using otherwise I'd post a link to the download page (but it might be wrong for your set up), so look for 'Adobe reader' - it's free - and download the latest one.

Then check what it's using to open pdf files in that list. Make sure it's using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader or whatever you would normally use to open pdfs.

I can't use RHP with Firefox. Whatever option I want to go to it makes me have to log in each time.
If not that, see if your firewall is blocking it?
[Or possibly a pop-up blocker]
Originally posted by orangutanI already have Adobe installed. But I will try the plug in.

Did you have a look at the page I left a link to earlier?
