I don't really agree with much you said about dogs, but I guess it really depends on what breed you have. You must have been a pit bull owner once. Most dogs are extremely intelligent (way smarter than cats) my mates dog can use door handles to move through rooms of his house. Have you ever seen a cat do that?
The actual intelligence difference is not proven but thought to be fairly minimal. The fact that you can train dogs to do more proves nothing other than that they are more willing to be coerced into stuff. Maybe cats just can't be arsed?

That's what I mean. Cats are arrogant big-heads and that's what I like about them. Dogs are sychophants. What's more, they smell - ugh!!! And they bite. And they bark. KILL ALL DOGS!!!! Can't even go jogging on Sunady morning without a stinking dog chasing me and its ass-hole owner thinking 'oh, isn't he / she wonderful'. To cap it all, ass-hole owner lets it shit in a public park ('ahh...! Isn't that sweet.....'😉.
PS: Once saw a dog hit by a car. Fantastic! It was thrown about six feet in the air. Didn't know what hit it. Wagged its tail in pleasure and screamed in agony at the same time. So stupid it didn't realise it was fatally injured. Great, fantastic! I hate dogs.

The best cat food I ever tried was sweet & sour thigh meat. The liver is especially tender, particularly if the cat has been fed on lots of fish during its life; the heart is tastier than chickens' and lambs' hearts.
There is less meat on a cat's breast than a rabbit's, and I think rabbit is better for quick cooking because of their vegetarian diet.
The problem is that so many people feed cats with stuff that they don't naturally eat, so the meat has a stronger flavour if you don't get it from a specialist cat dealer.
