When we understand the essence of the simple molecular process binding just the right ingredients at just the right ways with just the right temperature....you get cheese.

Then again the batch they stuffed up didn't goto waste - they made it into pizza topping 😉

I find that feta cheese makes any salad that much more amazing. Even takes the edge off of the those obnoxiously thick cucumber slices.
