I've been accused by 'friends' and family of not eating enough. I don't know why? I feel fit and seem the right weight for my height, etc.
However I am partial to nibbling on cheese. Cheese of any sort. At the moment, Brie is my fave, but my tastes change.
I can't wait til my self-imposed no alcohol ban is over so I can get back into enjoying
my dry white with cheese again.
Any comments on cheese (an what goes good with it) ?

Stilton cheese on it's own, eaten like a piece of cake.

I was soooo convinced of my choice, never having tried it, that I got a few collegues together and we had a wine and cheese party at work (after hours of course). The concensus was that it, the wine, was a tad sweet. The cheese, Kraft Cheddar, was probably the best cheese we'd ever had. After we'd left for our homes I realized that we'd left the empty bottle on my desk. I'll have to go in early tomorrow so my boss, The Minister of Social Services, doesn't see what we'd done.
Nice; conjures up an image you might see on the wall of the 'social work' dept.

Still have this image of a Canadian with a glass of wine in one hand and a floppy square of cheese in the other. Do you have to tilt your head back when you eat it. 🙂

I did and as a matter of fact I mentioned it to a co-worker. He said that I was imagining it. Wait till I tell him. I have to admit though that was a cheesey place to put it.
