I'm looking for a really good chess software program that I can use on my laptop when I'm not playing live on Immortal. Any suggestions? A friend of mine gave me "Brian Game Chess" and it's useless.

Have fun with your anarchistic agenda. I asked a simple question and have yet to receive a response from anybody who has offered to give me a lucid or intelligent answer. If this is as intellectual as this forum gets then I won't bother with it any more. As for you...you don't rate the energy of the key strokes it takes to respond so you don't exist...

I have to admit that's pretty funny. But desertdiver refers to the fact that I have a degree in marine biology but I live in Tucson, Arizona. We have a dive shop here called Desert Divers. Diving mostly in the Sea of Cortez (Gulf of California for the uninitiated...)

"General" forum is a sandpitfor kids, especially 20-80 year old kids.
Serious questions go in the other forums.

Some of us visit in here occasionally to check things out, but rarely post answers here.
