I just hope there won't be similar idiotic mob attitude in pushing it like with ff, with people scripting their pages to not load into ie etc... the spell checker just highlighted ...[text shortened]... d. ie. with a period is flagged as well... that kind of ideology peddling really disgusts me.
Maybe, since it is an acronym, you have to type it in caps instead of lowercase.

Well, MicroSoft's own FolderShare service runs much quicker using Chrome than it did on IE, so I'm happy so far.

JavaScript is visibly faster than IE, but not Firefox, when using stuff like the PGN browser here on RHP. I do like all the developer tools built into Chrome. Comparable to the Firebug plug-in for FireFox.

Since installing Firefox 3 my browsing had crawled to a standstill. Pages were taking dozens of seconds (literally) to load. I tried going back to Firefox 2 but that proved to be more difficult than I thought.

So I went another route and installed Google Chrome and removed Firefox altogether. All the lagging problems I was experiencing with Friefox 3 are completely gone. Chrome has worked beautifully for me so far and I have no plans on going back!

Maybe you can recommend some books for them to read.

I fail to see how books would help them to understand the posts of GB, considering the context of this thread.

Or are you just being stupid again

Thoughts?
We can share our first impressions tomorrow after the launch,
presupposing there's available bandwidth to support mass downloads (I'm guessing yes) and that anyone will actually try it (also, guessing yes).

I'll chrome you in a minute. 😠
