* Chuck Norris does the right thing in my humble opinion.

* As long as the mythical list was non-profit on the net he, also quite correctly didn't do anything about them.

* Penguin is really trying to make money from this, and since they use his naem to make money they should at least have asked him.

But to show my good will if anybody publishes a book : Ponderables secret chess strategies: I won't sue. Promised 😉
