Please state one other significant advantage that RHP has over competing sites. I'd tried virtually all of them and virtually all of them have better chess related features.
That is my personal opinion but if you wanted other opinions you should ask the majority that don't post in the forums.

It's true that the users were able to cajole the Site Admins here enough to finally convince them to actually have a Game Moderation team. This was only possible BECAUSE of the Forums.
On a few other sites, ANY subscriber can start a tournament.

I wasn't aware that the game moderation was set up because of the forums (a little bit before my time, i dont know when it was set up) and I wasn't aware of your last point (about being able to set up tournaments - i myself am just too lazy to set my own up because then you have to chase up people to play in it or wait for an entinity before it can start) but now i am thank you.
