It is also true that this site's forums are vastly superior to every other internet chess sites' forums. There's little reason to choose RHP over these other sites but for the forums (esp. since RHP is deficient in other areas ...[text shortened]... d, RHP will lose its one significant advantage over other sites. And that would be a shame.

Well i don't know how to answer your question then,
I wasn't aware that the game moderation was set up because of the forums (a little bit before my time, i dont know when it was set up) and I wasn't aware of your last point (about being able to set up tournaments - i myself am just too lazy to set my own up because then you have to chase up people to play in it or wait for an entinity before it can start) but now i am thank you.

She WAS ignorant that Kunta Kinte is a heroic black figure and that that particular image is the most well known from the groundbreaking mini-series Roots . Thus, she was ignorant of the context of the avatar and ignorantly believed it was "racist and offensive".

I sent them a message telling them that IM31 had been banned from here and that they should check his games on GK shortly after he was removed from RHP. They told me to stuff it.

Did you ever stop to think that their game moderation crew might have been more experienced? As you know, several of the game mods here, have themselves been removed for how shall we say, indiscretions of their own for lack of a stronger word.
It seems to me that the guy is still somewhere at the top of the charts @ gameknot, I'm pretty sure their more experienced team felt that he is clean as a whistle and your guys acted prejudicially many of which have now been removed here, for what might be considered by some justifiably as lacking in quality and honesty.
