you're right... but the thing is that in the othr part of the world, you can find "that kind" of food... china, india... ok they have something good... but... how to say... the same knid, maybe different spices, but the same kind...

in Italy, if you move from rome to tuscany (just to give the meausure, they are 200 km, c. 125 miles) you find complitely different way of cooking... what I mean is the "choice" you have here...

As can be the case anywhere in the world. You can go 1 km down the road here where I live and someone will cook por, lamb, chicken, pasta...you name it, differently than is done so here. As a matter of fact my neighbours will cook their food differently than do I yet we are Canadian.

no mate... definitely... no Maple Syrup...

we have different souces depending on what you are eating... the taste of the meat is different from the clam's one... I said something obvious? yes, so use different souces two...

If you go to the US looking for good Irish cheese then you must have forgotten almost everything you knew.

I've a large number of Italians where I am, and they call tomato sauce "Gravy".

Very confusing, because I like chicken with gravy but NOT with a red sauce.
