I'm sure they thought it through before starting the site. Like they use colour sets instead of symbols. Also Japan seems to connect differently from any Risk map I've seen and I've played on a few from both Britain and America. Also because Risk has varied both the maps and the rules over the years it might be hard for them to show one particular product which exactly matches Conquer. If anything it helps Risk as it can interest more people in the game.

In other words, just because you slightly alter something, it doesn't mean you avoid the copyright. And you must admit, CC is basically the same as Risk.
