We were all born to die, the thing is to do some living along the way. 😉

Death can be avoided with the careful balance of Bovril and yoga.

Was special, he is not longer with us. I use to have a lot of fun in war of words with him. I think he took things a bit to serious at times, but I suppose I did too. 😉

I think making a Forum for those no longer with us would be a good idea. Someday many of us will be on that list. None of us are going to make it out alive.

Judging by age only, I am well ahead of many in this forum. 🙂

In the end you will still die, all you do is extend you time by a few years is all. 🙂

I worked out most of my life, in the end it will not matter. People I thought would out live me have already passed. We just never know.

You mean providing I am still alive. 🙂 You may even be correct on that assumption.

As a creature of habit and you already knowing I go to MacDonald's for my Coffee pretty safe Prediction.

I'm happy to reach this age as well as I have, I am lucky that way.

Maybe ask MacDonalds if they do Bovril?

I predict they will say no.

I feel with my history of medical issues, I am living on borrowed time for a little over a Decade now. 😉 I look at each day as a blessing!

We are doing our best, aren't we Rusty 🙂 But I must add that being between 70 and 79 is very different from being 80 and more. People say, something happens when we turn 80 - mentally perhaps.

Bovril is a thick and salty meat extract paste, similar to a yeast extract, developed in the 1870s by John Lawson Johnston.

My Prediction is if I asked such a dumb question the answer would be what the Hell is Bovril! 😛
