You're right 21 is a bad age limit for alcohol consumption. They should change it to 25 and then crack down harder on anybody giving alcohol to minors and minors who get alcohol in other ways such as a fake ID. Alcohol doesn't make you happy it just drowns your pain and hurts all those around you. It has also caused many unnecessary deaths.
