Sometimes in life we come up on large brick walls. We can't go around them, we can't climb over them and we can't tunnel under these walls. We have no choice, but to either give up or go through the wall. It looks so big. It seems so strong and powerful. When we look at the entire task of trying to get through it, we just can't picture how we would succeed. The answer can only be "one brick and one day" at a time. Brick by brick and day by day, that wall is coming down. Success must be measured in small steps. One thing is for sure, the wall can only be so thick. It must give in and it must come down.

Some body said that it couldn't be done
but he with a chuckle replied
that maybe it couldn't, but he wouldn't be one
who would say so ' till he tried.
So he buckled right in with a trace of a grin
with out any doubt it or quit it
and started to sing as he tackled the thing
that couldn't be done and he did it.
There are thousands to tell you it can not be done,
there are thousands to prophecy failure
there are thousands to point out to you out one by one
the dangers that wait to assail you.
But just buckle right in with a trace of a grin
without any doubt it or quit it,
and start to sing as you tackle the thing
that cannot be done and you'll do it.

Case in point: Johnny bet the devil his soul that he could roll a "7" with one die.
Naturally, the devil took that bet, knowing that a die only has six sides, with dots on each, one dot through six dots on the faces of the die. When Johnny rolled the die, six dots came up and the devil was about to collect on Johnny's bet, when all of a sudden a fly landed on the die face with six dots and crapped a 7th dot on the die face. Johnny, against all odds, had won the bet.
