It is patently obvious that the vast majority of you are screwed up in one way or another. As I, at one point or another, have struggled with a veritable stew of psychosis, I feel that I am in a extremely skilled and accomplished in both diagnosis and recommending a course of treatment.
Think of this as an opportunity for catharsis, purification or purgation, I'd even go so far as to say spiritual renewal. Even deep seated psychosis can be eliminated if its roots are exposed. Trust in me and we'll bring your fears and doubts into the light exposing them to conscious evaluation. Put forth your problems and concerns and, in an almost Jesus like fashion, I will lift said burdens from your spirit with wise council.

The key to being a good therapist is being able to recognize a lost cause when you see it, milk it for all its worth and push it off on someone else. In your case you're not worth much.

Ethically, the good of the many outweigh the good of the few. It should be intrinsically obvious to the most causal that your sacrifice would bring momentary sadness and cement a lasting bond between your friends and family. It would almost be irresponsible to not slaughter yourself and a handful of others.
