Anybody want to loan me $135 million?
I hope you'd be prepared for the re-build, the castle is pretty well dilapidated and the costs of importing builders. If memory serves the castle was bought with the intent to restore twice, and both times the builds were plagued by unfortunate accidents causing the deaths of a few men, the site is now deemed cursed by many locals.

One night in the 1400's! hardly his castle.
For 135 million I'd want a couple of dozen hot vampire chicks thrown in.
