The Mapmakers were drunk when they drew the map.

It is actually named after Vic " The Rimmer" (Last name unknown.)
So called because he used to look at the world over the rim of his tea-cup (yes he was a bit of a nancy) while drinking in the bar in Old town.

This was usually before he was beaten senseless....
