I mean is this allowed. Somebody is actually raffling the item rather than selling it outright: -

Thing is, his mate could buy a ticket, leave feedback saying he received the item when all he got was a drink down the pub and they could do the whole thing again. And again, maybe a different mate, maybe just a different account. I personally wouldn't trust it.
