I've got to disagree based on personal experience. In the summer I play tennis twice a week and I bicycle to work 4 days a week year round (with a few days off due to precipitation). That said, I'm 5'10" 195 lbs of which there is some muscle, but it's mostly fat around my belly. I like a beer in the evening and I love my carbs. If I could just resist this impulse to eat so much, I'm sure I could get back to being in shape.
In fact a mere 15lbs extra and you would be classed as obese 😲
Do you feel that fat? How are you able to play tennis and cycle as these should be beyond you at your size if you believe the thin people police!
🙂

obesity is mostly the parents fault, they dont feed their children right; then before you know it the kid is a fat grown up and he never stood a chance because by kindergarten he was already three sizes too big, and the kids made fun of him throughout school
