Ok, here is a recipe that's becoming my personal favorite.
Boil 6 tomatoes until they are really soft. In the meanwhile, put some olive oil in a frying pan, and fry lightly half of a garlic piece; 2 minutes later, add long onion (not the round one but the long one), aprox. 100 grams, chopped. Keep for 3 minutes and then add the soft tomatoes. Smash. Add sa ...[text shortened]... both with the tomatoe salsa.
