Do you have a German version of the Polish Makowiec cake?

For those who are unfamiliar it looks like a swiss roll but not with sponge which has a black filling made from poppy seeds.

My family in Nagasaki sometimes send us castella sponge cake. Can't even begin to describe how good it tastes.
