The other day i was having this game and i was kinda in a hard position but not that hard and suddenly the other player stopped moving. I found it weird because till then our game was going somewhat fast. I checked the other games she/he was having at the time and she didn't move in them to. At this point the time bank had already depleted (1/0) and he/she was the one who set it. I'm now on a three game limit so i waited a bit more and still no move. As i wanted to play some games i clicked the skull feeling a little bit guilty, because i was in bad position an it could seem i only did it not to lose.
I send her/him a messege explaining the all thing and the reply showed that i didn't convince him/her of my reasons. I set a challenge telling that i was to do the same moves all over again so we can get to our postion and see how it went. But the game was erased...
I can see my side of the question, but i can see her/him side to so now I'm feeling guilty...

However, they are the rules and therefore fine. You might be able to convince yourself that your opponent would have made a bad move if feeling the pressure of time running out so is therefore cheating by taking more time than allowed.
