I think I will just delete my list because it is so embarassing.

That you could watch again and again?

For me, Good Will Hunting and Spirited Away.
I'm afraid my choices may seem shallow:

Twister
Close Encounters of the Third Kind
any musical
A Beautiful Mind
most James Bond movies
the earlier Star Wars movies
.....thinking ....
etc.

I love the newest James Bond - Casino Royale.
That is a great film - gets rid of most of the stupid and pointless humour of the Brosnan and Moore incarnations.

* Kieslowski's The Decalogue & Three Colors
As Ragnorak pointed out, there are more than 2 films here. Dekalog (Decalogue) is a series of 10 films, each based on one of the 10 Commandments; Trzy Kolory (3 Colours) are Czerwony (Red), Niebeski (Blue), and Bialy (White). I don't remember which colour is which number film though, because I haven't watched any of them.

Here's my dozen Polish films...

Psy (Dogs) and Psy 2;

Kieslowski's Rejs (The Cruise), Dzieciol (Woodpecker), Amator (Camera Buff); A Short Film About Love;

Sara (the girl's name);

Tato (Dad);

Polanski's The Pianist;

Mis (The Bear);

Seksmisja (Sex Mission);

Kiler (Killer)

And?

Both are a unity, anyway.

For example, even though white is lacking some of the power of blue and red, they still are a united message KK wants to push through.

Thus, they may be separate pieces, as with the D., yet I like the whole block.

Bleu, Blanc, Rouge. Like the French flag.

Just a loose selection, based on the watching again and again—

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
The Matrix (part 1 only)
The Last Samurai (Ken Watanabe’s incredible acting)
The Lion in Winter (incredible acting, period)
Ushpizin
Sleuth
Zorba the Greek

On the strictly fun side—

Pirates of the Caribbean
The Magnificent Seven
Moulin Rouge (musicals generally not my thing; didn’t think I’d like this one, was surprised)

Wings of Desire - directed by Wim Wenders
..Nick Cave in it, and Columbo. A beautiful film.

Faraway So Close! (sequel to the above) is also good.. with Lou Reed singing.

..and Paris Texas still makes me cry (or sob)..
