I posted this in the announcements thread Thread 54382 and I am looking to see if there is enough interest
Just to be curious, Would there be an interest in a Florida Meet-up. I may be able to make all arrangements for Hotel stays, and a conference center as well for games.

In response to most questions, I live in the Tampa Bay area. I work at 2 hotels, No I can't arrange air fare, so you are on your own. But might I recomend Priceline.com. What I can do is work on deals for stays inside either hotel. One is a low end "economy style" hotle and the other is a "business class" that can cater the entire meet, to include food and drinks.
