At the moment I don't think it could be done before next year at the earliest, with so few that have responded. So I am looking at after Easter, when all the snowbirds have gone home, so I can get most everything at a cheaper rate.(I'm sure I am not the only one living on a budget).
I would like to see if enough people from the southern states would have interst in this as well. (Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, North and South Carolinas, and Possibly Louisiana)
I don't think it would be to far a comute for such an event for some. Of course all RHP members would be welcomed to join in as well.

I suggest Orlando as it is centerally located... specifically the Orlando Universal Studios City Walk... plenty of bars and adequate security to keep you psychos in line and a bunch of hotels nearby. Miami sucks, Jacksonville might as well be Georgia and Clearwater is th only other reasonably suggestion I've heard so far.

Seriously though, Clearwaters a nice area, but, given that you've got people in Tampa, Jax and Miami interested Orlando is the most central location to stage a get together at. Any chance you can get a deal with a sister hotel in Orlando?
