Does it take any longer to get to Tampa from Jax and Miami then it does to get to Orlando?

In my opinion, and having driven to all 4 cities several times, it takes longer to get to Tampa than Orlando from either Jax or Miami. Plus traffic in Tampa/Clearwater is painful at best.

I am living in NE Florida, Jacksonville. I will spend a month in Melbourne, FL from the end of January (29?).

Perhaps we could hook up then. I would be about 2-3 hours away. Perhaps I could stay at the hotel in Orlando area during a weekend or perhaps in Tampa?

I do travel a lot so other locations may work as well.
