Then play Russia the lowest rank team in the tournament again sneaking by in penalties.
Then get a over rated England team in the semi.
A obvious easier route than the French got.
The extra day to recover is none sense. They had FOUR DAYS rest before the final.
Wimbledon is just finished see how much rest they need between games and are playing alone so much more energy is needed.

Forget the first goal which wasn't a free kick, that can happen.
But the penalty is completely ridiculous, ruined Portugals chances and did it tonight again in the final. The ref saw it in live play and didn't give it, VAR was brought it for 'clear and obvious' errors. Both arms were coming down naturally at the same time and it hits his hand... had the ref given it live there would be debate but he didn't amd took about 5 minutes looking at iy before deciding to give the pen. If there's debate over the decision it shouldn't be overturned. Complete farce.

In fact Griezman lost my sympathy after I saw that ir was a swallow. Players shouldn't do this. They should require to testify if they knew that there was no foul. Thye should get a ban if the sitaution was clarified and get a lifelong ban for the second time.
