Only recently HWSRR (He Who Shall Remain Red 😛 ) resurfaced from oblivion to wreak boredom and self-righteousness on the masses.
(I have noticed, however, that his protestations have become a bit of a "Wreck" with HJ's "Smug git!" leading the pack currently...)

"Internet Forum Bullying is another form of organizational bullying. Sometimes the bully is the owner or moderator of the email list or discussion board who bullies those who join the group, but other times it is simply an outsider who decides to claim the forum as her own and then seeks to achieve her own agenda.
Much bullying by females is conducted face to face and privately, with an alternative false public persona being maintained that the bully is a loving, caring, kind woman. In these cases, only the bully`s victim or Target knows the real story, but because of the public persona, not only has a hard time convincing others, but even convincing herself.
On the internet, however, most of the bullying is done in public. The bully charms the group, bullies the target, often claiming that she is the real victim, thereby gathering support and enlisting others to drive the victim away. It is important to know that bullying, whereever it occurs, causes the victims, the targets, to suffer emotional injuries, the worst of which is a form of PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder due to the buildup of bullying episodes over time.
In one case, however, a discussion board owner and another individual, both having been bullied for over a year and a half, were able to collaborate and fight off a particularly determined and dangerous form of bully, a serial bully, one who is a sociopath or psychopath. Such a bully is not easily dissuaded and one must be willing to repeatedly confront and battle such a bully, again and again if need be, since the internet provides little protection from those who can always rejoin under another email address if they are banned."
