yeah, there's loads... the problem is you're stuck with their web address... www.mywebsite.yahoo.com; the only way round it is to buy domain and hosting...

Not free but close:

1and1.com

$3 a month and one domain included. I have the developer package and have been with them for four years.

There used to be a couple of decent free hosts but now they are all pretty much worthless.
