Don't quote American English to me as British English, and being the same; that is a clear message.
What's your prob with that statement?

Let's go through a few of your squirming moments:

Sadly, you didn't say that. You said: it is American BS bastardised English..
Shall we look at another quote?

American English? What's that?
I teach English. End of conversation.
So, are you going to grow a backbone and stand up for your convictions or are you going to continue to squirm like a lowly worm?

Where's the misquote? (and I'm so0 glad you have enough time to waste on me when I shant be here much after my vacation)
Squirming? Do you really really imagine a little man like you, on a forum on a website, actually makes me squirm? 10/10 for your pathetic arrogance and bombastic egotistical crap that you apparently get a high out of.
I teach British English. What is any significance of what I'm paid to do to even bother with a different langauge. As I said to CFT........ Go home and teach your kids all the different idioms for all the different aspects of all English interpretations...... and then say they are equal langauges. They are far from it! AS I JUST MAINTAINED..... What's your prob still? Apart from now being insulting and not understanding that idiomatically and proverbially pots can in fact TALK!
I don't squirm for anybody..... not even fish robbers!

Your refusal to support your new arguments with actual quotes shows how much squirming you do. If you stand for what you said, you wouldn't need to avoid them.
Moreover, the fact that you rephrased everything in order to make it sound different just adds up to the evidence.
It's funny that you insist that as a non-Brit I can't see idiomatic speech, when my knowledge of English idioms goes beyond the ones in British English! You, however, already revealed your ignorance (and confessed pride at your ignorance) of American English idioms.
You can rant all you want and claim that I'm the ignorant one, yet I'm the only one dishing out FACTS and providing actual quotes.
