Three card poker actually has the highest return rate of all carnival games in Las Vegas. There were so many people actually winning the game, they lowered the odds to make it more difficult to win. Again, you have to stay with it and ride the bad streaks, as in any game.
I enjoy roulette, however it is a streaky game and over time the house edge will get you.
I am not a huge craps player, but I know a couple of folks who are extremely successful at it. If you are willing to grind it out, you can win at the game. You will be one of the most hated players at the table, but if you bet the "don't come" all the time, the odds will be slightly in your favor and you will eek out winnings. There will be streaks both ways of course, but over the long haul you will win...you won't break the bank though.
Black jack, under the right conditions and based on your card counting ability, can be turned into a -0.06% against you, which is virtually even odds. However, you have to find a single deck game and play perfectly. You can also win out of a two deck shoe, but the vigorish is slightly higher. The new multi-deck perpetual card shufflers make it virtually impossible to count cards with any degree of accuracy, so stay away from those games.
Baccarat is a brainless game of luck and chance where you can win if you get on streaks, but you can lose your arse as well. I don't recommend the game.
Video poker, if played to perfection on decent odds machines can be beaten. You have to find machines that produce at minimum a 9-5 payout for the full house-flush line. anything less than that the odds are too stacked against you. Check the odds. There are some machines that actually pay 10-6 which is very strong.

only in a sigle deck game and iff you can count cards are the odds about even. In a six deck shoe with continuous shufflers it is one of the worst games you can play....trust me on this.

Actually, the multi-deck shoes never hindered my card counting. Granted, it's been about three years since I've played; but back then the casinos in AC (Harrah's Marina and Sands, anyway) didn't employ continuous shuffling.
