Anyway ...
I think you're correct; the trial will be lengthy and there will be re-trials etc.
I reckon there is a good case against her ... at least 50/50.
If she looks like losing her defence will plea bargain (VERY interesting)
or she could play the victim-card (which may have some validity)
or maybe both?
