I predict a lengthy and publicised trial with no one blooded, followed by a controversial acquittal due to “lack of sufficient evidence”.

I think you're correct; the trial will be lengthy and there will be re-trials etc.
I reckon there is a good case against her ... at least 50/50.
If she looks like losing her defence will plea bargain (VERY interesting)
or she could play the victim-card (which may have some validity)
or maybe both?

With Epstine dead she will definitely throw him further under the bus and yes she will totally play the victim card. I have no idea how good the case is against her, have you sen the evidence?
