Culprits that come to mind right away:
Black Sabbath (Ozzy - high pitched and kind of whiney chants)
Sleep (not as bad on Holy Mountain as on Jerusalem)
Isis (Aaron Turner should not attempt clean vocals)
Jesu (Broadrick is ok on Godflesh but on Jesu he does a lot of off-key moaning)
All these bands kick @$$ musically though
Any more?

If it wasn't for those guys and individuality the bands wouldn't be where they are...... note ARE.... still going after more than 30 yrs in the buiz!.....that's class!
Who's your fav and tell me,,, .... will they be still going in 4 years?? 😳
Originally posted by mikelomwell, Sabbath endured, but without Ozzy for most of the time - he was definitely the weakest link in early Sabbath. i'm not saying that any of their other, later vocalists were any better, by the way. Tony Iommi is the main reason Sabbath endured.

I don't think much of either Rush or Yes - that's why they're not on my list of 'Good bands with...'

You didn't answer my other Q. Will your fav band be around in 4 years, and additionally, does the lead singer sing like Louis Armstrong? 😉
