26. The crucial point is that one Art Blanchard, III, had overheard Marjorie say that something had to be done, and Art, being temporarily off his medications believed that he was being called to duty to do something about the blackout. The question was what to do?

27. Art (you can call me Arthur) went into his underground bunker, built in the 50's by his grandfather Arthur 1 during "the scare", and put on his helmut, grabbed his Lee Infield 303, gas mask, and his English-Russian dictionary. When he emerged he went over to Majorie, still standing by the fence, and said, "fear not Marge I'll protect us from those Commies, this has happened before and I managed to take care of them and I'll do it again". Marjorie said, "Thank you my knight in shinning armour but please do be carefull, remember what happened the last time". Art replied, with a hint of embarrassment, " Well sherrif Arbuckle did look and sound like a Russian". "Yes he did Art but he had just come from that Cossack themed Halloween party over at the Ovechkins" she reminded him.

30. Vice President Lon Chaney said , "Sir I think this is way beyond taxes we really do need to take this quite seriously. I suggest that we make a goodwill gesture and send them over a portion of what they are demanding. That will show our good faith but more importantly buy us time to try and track them down." W thought for a moment then replied, "Yes, you took the words right out of my mouth. It's true what they say, great minds think alike. Now get them on the line and let's get this set in motion".

36. Though individually each key player was still meandering about in the usual bureaucratic myopic maze... collectively an undeniable

expectation of clarity began to emerge. What was the true connection between the recent series of bizzare events and the 2008 election?

37. President W was on the phone saying, " Bill why exactly is Hilary still in the race? Do you really think she has a chance?" On the other end of the line came the question, "Who is this?" 38. Though her diaries would remain sealed and unpublished until the bleak winter of 2068, Condie's wee hour May 22, 2008, handwritten

entry read: "Hmm... interesting the persistent imbalance throbbing in the woodwork of our privileged culture. To think that we have only

three campaign residue candidates (HRC & BHMO with their uniquely veiled agenda issues and an ancient warrior/codger with unveiled

personal medical issues) to choose from for the high oval office of President of The United States of America and well over fifty attractive

and qualified candidates for our annual Miss America Contest? Maybe Frost was correct, 'Extravagance was of the essence of the scheme'."
