1. If you could afford any guitar, which would you buy?
2. I am selling my hollowbody Ibanez and my Les Paul and buying a new guitar. I am thinking of the Maton BB1200. Any other suggestions?
2. Completely depends on what music you play.

2. That's the problem, I tend to play everything. Have been hitting the blues pretty hard. But not afraid to turn up the gain. So far the Maton has been giving me a semi, but I could get a PRS McCarthy Hollowbody... Or a Gretsch Duojet…

Mate, in my L.A. days I enjoyed so much to see the chicanos
driving around in their lowriders with Chubby top loud.

Most of the best music ever made has it's roots in blues...
Anyway, if you play a lot of different styles, do you have a style of play that you carry with you between them? If so and you know how you like to feel about the sound/guitar then choose one which best compliments your personal style.
Originally posted by StarrmanYeah, good point. It is all about the tone for me, it has to be warm. I reckon it would have to be between the Maton and the Gretsch.
