I've been advertising a room in my parents house (they rent it out now...) and i just got this text message.

'Hi Sam (umm, my name is James, it does state that clearly on the advert...) I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN RENTING THE ROOM IF u still looking for nice mate let me know when i CAN SEE it and text me the address (have a great day OLIMPIA. and as it is my birthday today well I SHOULD HAVE IT 🙂'

Needless to say the room is theirs should they want it, that made my day! 😀

I agree with Darvlay here, you are asking for trouble. Reads like the scribblings of a bona fide mental patient, and being one I should know.
