I've been advertising a room in my parents house (they rent it out now...) and i just got this text message.

'Hi Sam (umm, my name is James, it does state that clearly on the advert...) I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN RENTING THE ROOM IF u still looking for nice mate let me know when i CAN SEE it and text me the address (have a great day OLIMPIA. and as it is my birthday today well I SHOULD HAVE IT 🙂'

Needless to say the room is theirs should they want it, that made my day! 😀

how much do you ask for it? where it is? USA? UK? Yemen? your parents are normal outgoing people right? they have any food allergies? does this include private bathroom? are there any teenagers living in the same apartment?
